This Single Parents End of the Year Celebration Picnic is for Single Parents and their families. We are going to start the summer off right by having a picnic at Blue Lake Park We will barbecue hot dogs, hamburgers, have water gun fights and play in the park. We’ll enjoy playgrounds, water fun and hiking on trails at the park.
We’ll provide the main dish (hot dogs, hamburgers and all that goes with it) as well as drinks and dessert.
Please bring a side dish and your water gun.
Cost is $5 per car.
Paddle boats available for an extra cost.
We have reserved picnic site #5.
Are you a single parent looking for support? The Single Parents group is for you! We're a group of parents who have children living at home, from infancy through college age. Some of us are divorced or separated. Others are widowed or have never been married. Come experience the ups-and-downs of single parenthood together with us.
During the school year, join us for a free dinner for single parents and their children, 5:45-6:15pm. We have a separate program for you and your children, infants through middle school.
