Faith Story

I felt that everything that happened in my life that was good was the result of "luck" and everything bad was a result of God.
When I hit bottom in my marriage and in my life in general, I realized I had nowhere else to turn but to God. Through my family and then through New Heights I learned that Jesus is in control and I needed to have faith in Him.
I am more level-headed now and I have an inner peace knowing that Jesus is always there for me. He provides for all of my needs and always has. The bad things that have happened in my life were a result of my actions, and lack of faith. He has blessed me with a beautiful family, home and church to grow in His grace.
