New Heights Church

For some time, we have been looking forward to an Easter offering for property for our New Heights North campus. Here’s an update:

During the last week, our title search process revealed some irregularities. As of now, they are all straightened out. But it compels me to address a key issue….

If there should be other problems, what would we do?

• What if we find other challenges with this property? We have a nine-month long process with dozens of ways for us to drop out of the process. The sellers know and have agreed to these conditions.

• Will we pursue other property, if this property should have a “fatal flaw”? Yes, we are committed to permanent property for New Heights North. We can serve even more people with a proper facility.

• If we aren’t able to purchase this particular piece of property, what will we do with the money collected? We will hold it in a separate account, specifically designated for New Heights North. When the right property appears, we’ll buy it.
