Breaking Free is a warm, safe and confidential support group promoting healing and hope for adult women who are recovering from childhood sexual abuse. You'll find encouragement in this safe and accepting group. Breaking Free meetings are facilitated by women who are familiar with the issues of sexual abuse, and can aid you in the healing process.

What to Expect
Groups of 4-10 women meet weekly at NH Main Campus for a total of 16 weeks. Please contact us for info on upcoming sessions. Because of the sensitive nature of the group, all discussion is voluntary and remains confidential within the group.

- Receiving new information
- Discussing the questions for the chapter covered that week
- Prayer
